Carol Marie Dollak

Sun Prairie, Carol Dollak, 83, passed away on Monday August 10,2026. She was born August 11,1942 in the Westfield/Monticello area to Clarence and Marjorie (Wood) Groskreutz. She was married to Thomas Dollak Sr. (1962-1977) and raised three wonderful sons.

Mom was a passionate homemaker and did in-home daycare for many years. She also worked for the local Sentry Foods for a number of years. Mom enjoyed visiting with family and friends and reminiscing about years gone by.

Carol is survived by her three sons: Thomas Jr. (Joan), Timothy (Diane), and Patrick (Nina). Six grandchildren: Kayla (Michael) Rosquist, Ryan (Kaelyn) Dollak, Kyle, Sarah, Sophie Dollak, Deklan Dollak and one great grandchild Jamison Rosquist, brothers: Don (Nancy) Groskreutz and Jim (Joanie) Groskreutz, sisters: Violet Dick, Joyce Streiff, and Shirley Koch. As well as many nieces and nephews.

Mom was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Vera Kolb.

Mom always thought everyday was sunshine and happiness. And said that it was pretty quiet around here. We will miss her telling us that.
