Donna Jean Smithback

DEERFIELD - Donna (Judd) Smithback passed away July 22, 2016 at her home under hospice care. She was born March 30, 1932 in Madison, WI. On October 20, 1951 she married Jim. They met in high school and were two months shy of their 65th wedding anniversary.
Surviving are 4 children: Lynn (Kevin), Laura, David, and Stacey; as well as 7 grandchildren: Lindsey, Jeffrey, Michael, Kellen, Andrea, Evan, and Stephanie; and 2 great grandchildren: Jesse and Jaxson.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Minnie Judd; her sister, Joanne, and granddaughter, Kaitlin Carey.
Donna's Family wishes to thank hospice for their loving care. Memorial donations in Donna's name can be made to St. Stephens Lutheran Church in Monona, WI or to Agrace HospiceCare Inc, Fitchburg, WI.
As per Donna' request no public service will be held. A private family service will be held at a later date.
