Edith May (Shimanski) Clark

Madison/Clearwater, FL/Milwaukee-Edith ("Edie") May Clark, age 89, peacefully went to sing with the angels on March 2, 2014 at Agrace HospiceCare in Fitchburg. Edie was born May 22, 1924. Edie is survived by daughter Nancy Jackson; son Patrick (Candy Barr); granddaughters Jessica (Ben) Bach and Sarah Jackson; grandson Brandon Clark; great-granddaughter Isabel and great-grandson Walter. Edie is further survived by her sister Marjorie Janick and other family and friends. Edie was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Norman. A WWII veteran burial will be at Southern Wisconsin Veteran Memorial Cemetery April 28 at 11:00 a.m. The family wishes to thank the nurses and caregivers of Agrace HospiceCare for the tender loving care Edie received. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Agrace HospiceCare.
