Frederick "Rick" Daniel Lockwood

MADISON, WI - Frederick "Rick" "Salty" Daniel Lockwood, of Westfield, WI, died November 7, 2018.
He was born on June 24, 1967 in Kenosha, raised in Milwaukee and resided in Westfield, Wisconsin.

Predeceased by his Grandparents Charles and Ruth Lockwood (née Baldwin), his uncle Lawrence W. Lockwood and aunt Sarah Lockwood Fitts (Robert).

Survived by his parents Paul and Carolyn Holzman (née Lockwood), brother Douglas W. Holzman, cousin Alice Elizabeth Hawkins (Thomas), other aunts, uncles, cousins, special friends and his beloved dog Kato.

No services are planned now, but a celebration of Rick's will be held sometime next year.
