Jack D. Abrams

MADISON - Jack D. Abrams, age 82, of Madison passed away on May 15, 2016 at Agrace Hospice. He was born on December 25, 1933 in Hillsboro, IL, the son of Walter D. and Elthea "Marie" Abrams. On October 4, 1955 Jack was united in marriage to Darlene Caulk in Corinth, MS.
Jack retired from Ozark Airlines where he worked as a station manager. In his free time he enjoyed golf and fishing.
Survivors include Jack's sister, Helen (Gill) Kean; his sons: Steve (Janet), Kevin (Sonja), and Stacey (Michelle); as well as 4 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Abrams is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Darlene Abrams; parents, Walter "Don" and Elthea "Marie" Abrams; his brother, Robert Abrams; and two daughters, Cindy L. and Kris A. Abrams.
A Memorial Gathering to Honor Jack's Life will be held Wednesday, May 18th, 2016, from 2 to 4 pm, at Informed Choice Funeral and Cremation Alternatives Chapel, 3325 E. Washington Ave., Madison, WI 53704. Inurnment will occur at a later time at Forest Hill Cemetery.
