John Patrick Kolb

John Patrick Kolb, age 40, of Waunakee, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison surrounded by his family. He was born on January 30,1982 in Brookfield WI, the son of Colleen Kolb (nee Patrick) and James Kolb.

John grew up in Pewaukee, WI with two siblings, Mark and Melissa. He had two half-brothers, Jimmy and Jeff. He attended High School in Watertown and graduated in 2000.

John had a passion for music, cooking/grilling, loved holidays, but his favorite was the 4th of July. He loved watching fireworks. He loved his kitty, Drexler, who was always by his side. John loved making people laugh and smile. He had a heart of gold, and he will never be forgotten.

John is survived by his mother Colleen (Bob); father James; brother Mark (Erika); sister Melissa (Robert) half-brothers Jeff (Ashley) and Jimmy (Marcello); nephew (Cameron); the love of his life Emily; as well as many loving extended family members and friends. John will be also greatly missed by his kitty, Drexler.

John was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, grandparents, and his aunt.
