Madison- Joe LeNoir, age 23, passed away on Dec. 14 at St. Mary's Hospital from unknown causes. Joe's life was like a beautiful comet racing across the horizon only to fade away much too soon. Joe had a unique sense of humor and infectious smile with the ability to light up a room when he entered. Joe championed the underdog and made sure those being bullied were never bullied again. He made a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Joe was an organ doner and his courageous decision will give other's the gift of life. We miss you and will never forget you. Joseph, you had a special place in our hearts and our prayers will always be with you.

Special thanks to his Grandma Brenda Bollig. Brenda had a special place in her heart for her "Little Joey" and was always there for him.

Joe attended Madison Memorial High School. Some of Joe's fondest memories were playing Little League baseball, trips to Devil's Lake with his family and cousins, Brewer games, rapping with his brother, Thaddeus, and taking vacations. Joe loved to draw and write poetry.

Many thanks to Joe's girlfriend, Jazzy, she meant the world to him. Thanks to his aunt, Lee-Lee; cousin Octavia; and too many friends, family, and cousins to name. Your "Joe" stories put smiles on our faces when we needed it the most.

Joe is survived by "mom", Brenda Bollig and her spouse, Michael Lemke; his son Amari Lenoir; siblings, Thaddeus, Matt, Michie, Will, Evan, and Davidian; Birth-mom, Alyanna Bollig-LeNoir; and Grandpa, Marcel Killebrew.

A Celebration Of life will be held at Devil's Lake at a later date.
