Kevin Johan Hanson

MADISON-Kevin (Kevers) Johan Hanson, age 49, of Madison, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, Nov. 4, 2018, of natural causes. He was born on Nov. 6, 1968, in Madison, the son of Odin and Alice (Blanchar) Hanson. Kevin graduated in 1986 from Madison East High School. Following graduation, Kevin was employed at Madison Top, where he worked his way into becoming a graphic designer. He also worked for many years at Rosatis Pizza and enjoyed visiting with the guests. Kevin had a passion for drawing and just recently began singing Karaoke. He was a strong advocate for LGBTQ rights. Kevin is survived by his daughter, Amanda Wagner; sister, Karen (Patrick) Lambert; and brother, Alan (DeeDee) Hanson. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Gary Smith; and sister, Patricia McGlynn. A Celebration of Kevin's life will be held on Sunday, May 19, 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Token Creek County Park, 6200 US Hwy 51 Deforest, shelter # 1.
