Mary Ann Konkel

Madison - Mary Ann Konkel (nee Poster), age 77, passed away Sunday May 19, 2013 at Agrace HospiceCare Inc. She was the daughter of Lewis Poster and Freida Bender.

Mary Ann was a devoted catholic and a life time member at St. Bernard's Catholic Church, Madison. She was an avid gardener and a dedicated mother.

She is survived by her children; Ken (Karla) Konkel, Freidalyn (George) Goodwin, Rick (Nancy) Konkel, Steven Konkel, Chris (Debbie) Konkel, Joe (Niki) Konkel, sister Patricia Doyle, many grandchildren, nieces, nephews , cousins, and friends.

Mary Ann was preceded in death by her husband Gust Konkel Jr., parents, brother Louie Poster, and sisters Lois Smith and Lucy Vick.

Memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 23rd at 10:00 am at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 404 E. Main, Madison. A visitation will take place one hour prior to services.
