Robin H Scott

Robin H. Scott, 72, passed away on March 19, 2026, after a long, courageous battle with an unforgiving illness, surrounded by the love of her family, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, strength, and unwavering devotion.

Robin was born on May 19, 1953. As a young woman in the 1970s, she embraced a changing world with quiet strength and independence, building the foundation for a life centered on love, resilience, and family.

She was blessed to find the love of her life and husband, Brent Scott, a former U.S. Marine and Vietnam veteran, with whom she shared 33 wonderful years of deep companionship and enduring love to the moon and back. Together, they built a life grounded in love, laughter, and unwavering support.

Robin was a devoted mother to her children: daughters Kimberly Dorsey (Tony Dorsey), Char Cole (Rebecca Cole), and son Brandon Cole. Her greatest joy was found in the life she built with and for her family.

Robin was a proud grandmother to Jordan Arthur (Sarah Arthur) and Bailey Dorsey, and a great-grandmother to Alannah Arthur, who brought her immense happiness and pride.

She is also survived by her brothers, Mark and Kurt Haubrich, and her nephew, Kyle Haubrich. She was preceded in death by her mother, Dr. Carston S. McKay. She also leaves behind her beloved cat, Smudge, who was a constant source of comfort and companionship.

Known for her kind heart and positive spirit, Robin loved her family fiercely and without reservation. She found peace in the simple beauty of nature and carried a warmth that touched everyone who knew her.

Robin’s life was a testament to love, strength, and the quiet power of showing up for the people who matter most. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

A Celebration of Life will be held at St. Dennis Catholic after the Easter holiday. A date will be announced at a later time.
