Susan Marie Lewis

Susan M. Lewis, 75, of Stoughton passed away on Monday, June 29, 2026 at her home.

Susan was born on February 25, 1951 to Ronald and Joan Rundle. She was enlisted in the United States Airforce and after her honorable discharge, Susan began working as a registered nurse.

She is survived by her husband, Tom Lewis; daughter, Wendi Zitske; grandchildren, Alex, Samantha; great-grandchildren, Trey, Grayson; siblings, Deb (Jim) Sanftleben, Bill (Kris) Rundle, Cindy (Louie) VanDenBergh, Rollie (Sherry) Rundle, Randy (Tina) Rundle, Kevin (Karen) Rundle; and brother-in-law, Jim VanDenBergh.

A Celebration of Life will be from 12:00 - 3:00 PM on Saturday August 15, 2026 at HALVERSON'S EVERYTHING NICE, 1965 Barber Dr. Stoughton, WI 53589.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Agrace Hospice.

The family would like to give special thanks to the staff at Agrace Hospice for their exceptional care for Susan.
