Terry James Ellsworth

On Monday, March 7, 2016 heaven gained one incredible angel. Terry James "old school" Ellsworth passed away unexpectedly at his home. He was born September 19th, 1961 in Madison. The son to Barry Ellsworth & Mildred Knudsen.

Terry graduated from McFarland High School and was employed at Orion Optical for many years. He was married to Marci Moungey in August of 1991. Terry was an avid Packer and Nascar fan, he especially enjoyed cheering on Dale Earnhart, Sr. He enjoyed being a father and was a proud grandpa. He also enjoyed spending time with his special cat, Kitty.
Terry is survived by his father; Barry Ellsworth, his children; Timothy Mitchell, Shannen Mitchel-Ellsworth (Aaron Meyer), Kristen Mitchel; a stepson; Jeremy Romer; his brothers: Ron Pagel, Dan Pagel, Dave Pagel, Michael Ellsworth and his sisters: Vicki Eith (Richard) and Renee Ellsworth and four grandchildren; Christian Timm, Cameron Mitchell, Jordan Cooper and Kyah Meyer, a special niece; Holly Pagel and a special nephew Trenton Pagel, as well as other nephews and nieces. He is preceded in death by his parents Irvin and Mildred Knudsen.
Terry requested no visitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date at the American Legion Hall in McFarland. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made via a go-fund-me website to help with expenses.
